What are Social Clubs?
Our Social Clubs are designed to provide participants with an enriching and enjoyable experience. With a variety of activities offered throughout the week, there’s always something new to discover!Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to join our Social Clubs. Experience the joy of creativity, culinary delights, engineering challenges, cultural exploration, and literary adventures. Expand your horizons, meet new friends, and create lasting memories. (Note: Activity cost is separate from Support cost, a quote/service agreement will be provided separately.)
Program Details
The program runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, offering a variety of activities each day.
The activity cost per day is only $15, ensuring affordability for all participants.
Activity locations: Hornsby Hub, Hornsby Library.
Activities are designed to be inclusive and suitable for NDIS participants.
Our experienced and supportive staff will guide you through each activity, providing assistance and encouragement along the way.
Monday Crafts Club
Get your creative juices flowing with our Crafts Club! Each week brings a different craft project, ensuring that you’ll never run out of inspiration. From jewellery making workshops to creating 3D paper mache crafts and designing your own clay plates, there’s something for everyone.
Tuesday Cooking Club
If you have a passion for food and love to get hands-on in the kitchen, our Cooking Club is perfect for you. Join us as we explore a variety of delicious and healthy recipes, from tasty tacos and zucchini fritters to sushi bowls. Expand your culinary skills and satisfy your taste buds!
Wednesday Engineering Club
Unleash your inner engineer and dive into the fascinating world of engineering. From building Lego bridges and towers to designing marble runs and engaging in messy experiments like slime-making, our Engineering Club will challenge your problem-solving abilities and ignite your curiosity.
Thursday Culture Club
Embark on a cultural journey with our Culture Club. Explore the rich heritage of different countries, starting with Italy, Nepal, and Korea. Discover their landmarks, languages, music, traditional games, cuisine, and art. Immerse yourself in the vibrant cultures of these fascinating nations.
Friday Book Club
For all the bookworms out there, our Book Club offers a haven of words and imagination. Explore the library, share your literary interests with the group, engage in reading time, and discuss your favourite books.
